PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing method and an injector which can easily prevent leakage of a fluid from a butting surface of metal members, and which can reduce cost. SOLUTION: The sealing method has butting surfaces 13, 14 where two metal members 23, 3 are butted against each other, and the leakage of the fluid from the space between the butting surfaces 13, 14 butted against each other is prevented. Plastic binder 8 is applied to the butting surfaces 13, 14 of one or both of the two metal members 23, 3 in advance, and the plastic binder 8 contains fine particles 9 which is softer than the metal members 3, 23. Then the butting surfaces 13, 14 of the metal members 3, 23 on which the plastic binder 8 has been applied are butted against each other, and the butting surfaces 13, 14 which have been butted are pushed against each other. Then the fine particles 9 sandwiched between the butting surfaces 13, 14 are subjected to elastic deformation, and the butting surfaces 13, 14 are retained while being pushed against each other in the state that the fine particles 9 have been elastically deformed.
