The invention relates to an intervertebral dynamic stabilisation assembly for arthrodesis, intended to connect at least two adjacent vertebrae (10, 20), that comprises: at least one extradiscal elastic member (40) to be provided at the back of the intervertebral gap (30) and capable of limiting a displacement between two adjacent vertebrae in the intervertebral flexion direction; and at least one intradiscal elastic member (42) providing an intervertebral spacing function, wherein the intradiscal elastic member can be pressed during the lordosis of the two adjacent vertebrae in order to control said lordosis, the two elastic members mutually interacting until a balance point is reached that can be further displaced in a dynamic but controlled manner by external forces such as the weight of the subject or muscular contraction. |
