NOVEL DICLOFENAC ESTERS AND USES THEREOF

The present invention relates to novel cycloalkyl alkyl and fluoroalkyl esters of diclofenac that more readily penetrate membrane systems than diclofenac (acid) or prior art esters of diclofenac. Pharmaceutical compositions comprising these esters as well as methods for treating inflammatory conditions using the latter compositions are also disclosed.
