PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To widen application ranges for both softness and hardness of block meat and article constitution of sliced meat. SOLUTION: A pushing tool 11 brought into contact with a relative portion, of a sliced meat piece m under cutting-out from a cutter 4, to a needle-like protrusion 8 of a rotary transfer body 7 to push a meat piece m from a surface side toward the needle-like protrusion 8 is attached to make a clearance between a sliced meat piece m contact face of the pushing tool 11 and a tip of the needle-like protrusion 8 brought into a sliced thickness or less. A stopping position of the sliced meat piece m transferred by the rotary transfer body 7 is changed to allow reversed transfer in either of the condition where the sliced meat piece m is folded in two-fold or the condition where it is spread, in constitution thereof. |
