A rocking typed exercising apparatus is provided to control operation of the apparatus simply and make the machine with low manufacturing expenses by preparing a pitch driving unit, a roll driving unit, and a yaw driving unit. A rocking typed exercising apparatus includes a driving unit in which a user rides and a driving unit executing the driving unit. The driving unit includes the followings: a pitch driving unit shaking the driving unit to backward and forward; a roll driving unit shaking the driving unit to left and right; and a yaw driving unit rotating the driving unit around an upper and a lower shaft.
