A passenger protective unit for vehicles is provided to prevent a passenger sitting down at a center seat on the vehicle from being bounced by connecting a driver seat and passenger seat interval with a belt. A passenger protective unit for vehicles comprises: a driver seat(20); a retractor(50) arranged inside the driver seat; a belt(40) having a tongue plate(41) in the leading end elastically taken up with a retractor; and a buckle(32) fixing the tongue plate inserted in the belt and arranged in a passenger seat(30). As the tongue plate pulls in order to be mounted on the buckle, the space between the passenger seat and the driver seat are connected.
