<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information terminal device which can convert data composed of a plurality of items into a file in specific format and attach it to mail data without requiring any troublesome manual work. SOLUTION: When attachment is indicated during the mail creation through specific operation, a CPU 11 displays a list of address book data stored in an address book data storage part in the mail creation picture. When address book data to be attached are specified in the list, the data are automatically converted into a file in specific format (vCard format) and the file is attached to the mail data being generated. Consequently, anybody can easily attach the file to the mail data without doing the troublesome work by himself/herself.</p> |
