Sensor-equipped bearing assembly and motor using the same

The assembly has a rotation sensor with a detected portion (1) on one of the inner and outer race units, having N and S poles magnetized in units circumferential direction. A magnetic detecting portion (2) on other of the units has magnetic sensors to output an analog signal in units circumferential direction. A differential output generating unit processes an output of the sensors as an encoder signal for one phase. An independent claim is also included for an electric motor.
