<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shading correcting circuit having a reduced circuit scale while improving shading correcting accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: The shading correcting circuit comprises a relative coordinate calculating part 21 for converting the coordinate of pixel data into a relative coordinate based on the center position of a frame, a weighting processing part 28 for weighting the relative coordinate to generate coordinate data, a linear distance calculating part 34 for calculating a linear distance between the coordinate data and the center position of the frame, correction value generating parts 38, 41 for finding a shading correction value corresponding to the linear distance from a correction table, table compressing parts 35, 39 for compressing the data amount of the correction table, and a correction processing part 45 for applying shading correction to the pixel data in accordance with the shading correction value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
