<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auto handler which is free of a waste of moving and sucking operations of a sucking mechanism and excellent in working rate. <P>SOLUTION: Disclosed is the auto handler 1 having the sucking mechanism 10 which sucks and holds semiconductor devices 19 respectively stored in a plurality of storage portions 14 of a product tray 7 and reloads them to a plurality of storage portions 22 of a tray 11 for test, wherein each storage portion 14 of the product tray 7 has a photoelectric sensor 15 for detecting whether or not a semiconductor device 19 is stored, and the sucking mechanism 10 performs an operation for suctionally holding only at a storage portion 14 of the product tray 14 where a semiconductor device 19 is stored according to a detection result of the photoelectric sensor 15. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
