<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device for recognizing a locked memory card. <P>SOLUTION: This semiconductor device 20 is provided with a non-volatile semiconductor memory 50, and configured to be connected to a memory card 30 having, an unlocked state allowed to access the non-volatile semiconductor memory 50 and a locked state to prohibit access. This semiconductor device 20 is provided with a first interface 25 for communicating with the memory card 30; a second interface 21 for communicating with host equipment 10; and a means 22 to be operated according to an instruction transmitted via a second interface 21 from the host equipment 10 when the memory card 30 is connected to the first interface 25 for unlocking the memory card 30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
