PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a special tool and working different from bend working for forming a crank member are required in a structure preventing a bush nut and an E-ring from coming off. SOLUTION: An approximate-L-character-shape part 12a'1 is formed by bending a terminal of an arm part 12a1 of a lumber support (crank member), and is inserted through an insertion through hole 24 formed at a side frame (support member) 22L. The insertion through hole 24 is a keyhole shape insertion through hole connecting a large diameter part 24a and a small diameter long hole part 24b, and is formed in length with which the approximate-L-character-shape part 12a'1 can be inserted through from a horizontal direction. A busing 30 with a flange is disposed around the arm part 12a1 via the approximate-L-character-shape part and is fitted in the large diameter part 24a of the insertion through hole after the approximate-L-character-shape part 12a'is inserted through the insertion through hole 24.
