PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting apparatus of conductive balls equipped with a deviating ball removing means which is reliably remove deviating balls from an arrangement mask. SOLUTION: The mounting apparatus for mounting conductive balls is provided with the arrangement mask, a ball accumulating part, a means for relatively moving them and the deviating ball removing means. In this case, it adopts the following means. The deviating ball removing means has a rotating roller which moves along the top of the arrangement mask and attaches the conductive balls on its periphery and a roller-attached ball removing means which removes balls attached to the rotating roller from the rotating roller by a force stronger than the attaching force of the rotating roller.
