PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite unit in which when a plurality of aluminum electrolytic capacitors are provided to meet voltage resistance in using in a high voltage and vibration resistance conditions, and a bleeder resistor (voltage division resistor) is provided on each capacitor so as to divide a voltage to prevent an overvoltage of withstand voltage of each capacitor, and when a choke coil is provided to limit a ripple current of high frequency, the capacitor, the bleeder resistor and the choke coil are compatible to high current, heat resistance and vibration resistance, and easy assemblability and compaction are achieved. SOLUTION: Film capacitors are accommodated in a resin case, and the aluminum capacitors each having a screw terminal disposed on its one end surface in a direction perpendicular to the end surface are fixed by an opening portion matching a capacitor barrel portion of a upright wall provided in the direction of opposite two sides of the resin case and a metal belt so that the screw terminals may face, and resistor elements are connected and fixed to the connection terminals having screws.
