PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screwed two-stage terminal block in which a connecting line can be layed along the longitudinal direction of a base by bending the connecting line connected with a terminal connecting section of the terminal block at a bending angle of 90°or more. SOLUTION: The screwed two-stage terminal block 1 is provided with a plurality of terminal connecting sections 7 on upper and lower two-stage step faces 5, 6, respectively, arranged on the base 2, and terminal connecting sections of respective step faces are partitioned by insulating walls 21, 22. An inserting direction of a terminal 122 of the connecting line 121 is positioned at a slanting angleθ4 making an acute angle against the longitudinal direction of the base 2 on the insulating wall 21 at an upper step face, and is positioned at a slanting angleθ5 smaller than the slanting angle of the insulating wall 21 at the upper step face on the insulating wall 22 at the lower step face.
