PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inform battery exhaustion, even after a battery used for a disaster warning device has been exhausted completely. SOLUTION: A battery voltage detection means which detects voltage of the battery is prepared and voltage drop of the battery is detected by the battery voltage detection means when the battery is exhausted and the voltage of the battery is reduced to the predetermined voltage or lower. The battery exhaustion can be informed even after the battery has been exhausted completely by providing a pop-up type notification means which always notifies the voltage drop when the battery voltage detection means detects that the voltage of the battery is reduced to the predetermined voltage or lower.
