PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display apparatus, which enables a ground bracket, for grounding a chassis and a directly attached filter attached to the front surface of a display panel, to be reliably and electrically connected to each of the filter and the chassis. SOLUTION: The display apparatus includes: a display panel to display an image; a filter, including electromagnetic shielding layer and directly attached to a first surface in which the image of the display is formed; a chassis, disposed on the side of a second surface, which is an opposite surface of the first surface of the display panel and supports the display panel; a ground bracket, containing a conductive substance, in which a first wing portion is electrically connected to the electromagnetic shielding layer of the filter, while a second wing portion is electrically connected to the chassis, and the first and the second wing portions substantially face each other; and a pressing means, which is installed in the ground bracket and presses the first and the second wing portions of the ground bracket in directions opposite to each other.
