PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens frame having improved impact-resistance. SOLUTION: The lens frame 1 includes an elastically deformable moving frame 4 and an elastically deformable rotating frame 3. The moving frame 4 is a cylindrical frame member having a first groove group 4f where a plurality of grooves circumferentially formed on the outer periphery thereof are arranged in an optical axis direction. The rotating frame 3 is a cylindrical frame member that is idly fitted on the outer periphery of the moving frame 4, and that has a second groove group 3f where a plurality of grooves circumferentially formed on the inner periphery thereof are arranged in the optical axis direction so that the second groove group 3f may overlay on the first groove group 4f. During the normal operation, the first groove group 4f does not interfere with the second groove group 3f, then, the rotating frame 3 is relatively moved with the moving frame 4. At least one of the moving frame 4 and the rotating frame 3 is deformed by an external force applied to the lens frame 1, then, the first groove group 4f and the second groove group 3f interfere with each other, so that the relative shifting of the moving frame 4 and the rotating frame 3 in the optical axis direction is prevented.
