PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens unit capable of achieving satisfactory optical performance and assembly accuracy without deforming a plurality of lenses, and to provide an imaging module, and an optical apparatus. SOLUTION: In the lens unit 10a, the plurality of lenses are inserted in a cylindrical lens holder 4. The lenses are disposed in contact with one another. Of the lenses, only the first lens 1 has a tapering part 14 that narrows toward the inside of the lens holder 4 in the direction of insertion.
