PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display driving device and a display device capable of obtaining a uniform and satisfactory display characteristic. SOLUTION: The display driving device includes: an output circuit 31 of outputting a scanning line control signal Vscan; and resistance-variable means 32, 33 which are connected between outer power source input terminals 34, 36 and power input terminals 35, 37 of the output circuit 31 and are capable of varying a resistance between the outer power source input terminals 34, 36 and the power input terminals 35, 37. A liquid crystal display driver is constituted by using a plurality of display driving devices 20 and, in each display driving device 20, the sums of each of resistance values of lines from outer power sources 21, 22 to the outer power source input terminals 34, 36 and each of resistance values of the resistance-variable means 32, 33 are equal to each other.
