PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester elastomer composition having excellent moldability, elasticity, heat resistance and hydrolysis resistance (moist heat resistance), and a molded article comprising the same. SOLUTION: This polyester elastomer composition is characterized by blending (B)≥0.3 pt.wt. and≤20 pts.wt. vinyl-based polymer having a plurality of oxazoline groups and a plurality of phenyl groups in its molecule with (A) 100 pts.wt. thermoplastic polyester elastomer having polybutylene terephthalate as a hard segment and polyalkylene glycol as a soft segment.
