PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device provided with a mechanism conveying a press-bonding self-adhesive sheet and capable of reducing dirt on a paper sheet positioning edge guide. SOLUTION: The primary part of a positioning mechanism 10 includes: a pair of guides 16 guiding the thickness direction of a conveyed paper sheet P; an aligning roll 12 obliquely conveying the paper sheet P conveyed between the guides 16 to a conveying direction (a leftward direction in Fig.1A); an opposite roll 13 opposed to the aligning roll 12 for sandwiching the paper sheet P; and the edge guide 14 regulating the position in the conveying width direction of the paper sheet P obliquely conveyed. As shown by outline arrow in Fig.1(D), the aligning roll 12 is axially movable, and can adjust the conveying direction of the paper sheet P shown by black arrow. Thereby, the abutting position of the conveyed paper sheet P on the edge guide 14 is adjusted to the conveying direction, and the edge of the paper sheet P can be prevented from concentrically abutting on one portion of the edge guide 14.
