PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bagging device maintaining a pressure-sensitive adhesive force for a long time and reliably and consistently opening a bag by winding a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape in a bag opening device for opening the bag by a set length. SOLUTION: The bagging device for storing a content such as seed rice of a specified amount in a bag 10 is equipped with a bag opening device 55 comprising a pair of upper and lower affixing devices 60 and 70. Each affixing device is equipped with a winding shaft 35 pivotably supported by a body 33 in a freely rotatable manner by a driving means, and a driven shaft 36 which is rotatably and pivotably supported by the body with a spacing from the winding shaft, and a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape roll 37 such as a craft tape is freely attachably/detachably fitted to the driven shaft. The pressure-sensitive adhesive tape is provided with its set length in a freely winding manner, and affixing surfaces of each pressure-sensitive adhesive tape are opposite each other. In each affixing device, the affixing surfaces of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape are elevated/lowered between the bag affixing position where the bag is vertically affixed, and the bag opening position where the bag affixed to the affixing surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape is opened.
