PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method which, on the inner surface of an inner liner, when a pneumatic tire having an acoustic layer made of a porous material is produced, suppresses the occurrence of wrinkles and breakage when the acoustic layer is stuck, a production method which, on a molding drum, when the pneumatic tire forming a green tire by sticking a tire component member, makes the height of the acoustic layer uniform and suppresses the occurrence of the peeling of the acoustic layer, and the pneumatic tire which, while reducing road noise by suppressing the cavity resonance of the pneumatic tire, makes the height of the acoustic layer uniform and suppresses the occurrence of the peeling of the acoustic layer by suppressing the occurrence of wrinkles and breakage. SOLUTION: The pneumatic tire 1 has the acoustic layer made of the porous material on the inner surface of the inner liner.
