PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chair type massage machine having arm rests capable of appropriately supporting the arm parts according to the physique and a preferable posture of a person to be treated. SOLUTION: Each of the armrests 4 of this chair type massage machine 1 has an elbow rest 10 and a base part 9, wherein the elbow rest 10 is configured to rotate in the width direction relative to the base part 9 using a rotational shaft part 15a extending vertically as a center.
