A resonator is provided with a flat-board-like first high impedance wiring (7a) arranged parallel to an upper surface ground electrode (4); a flat-board-like second high impedance wiring (7b) arranged to face the first high impedance wiring (7a); a first columnar conductor (9a) for electrically connecting the first high impedance wiring (7a) and the second high impedance wiring (7b); a first low impedance wiring (8a) arranged between the first high impedance wiring (7a) and the second high impedance wiring (7b); a second columnar conductor (9b) for electrically connecting the first high impedance wiring (7a) and the first low impedance wiring (8a); a second low impedance wiring (8b) arranged between the first low impedance wiring (8a) and the second high impedance wiring (7b); and a third columnar conductor (9c) for electrically connecting the second high impedance wiring (7b) and the second low impedance wiring (8b). The resonator has a small area.
