<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light source device in which deterioration of the light source lamp or failure of the device resulting from light having a wavelength that is used in a heat source and included in illumination light reflected by a reflecting filter is prevented. <P>SOLUTION: The light source device 2 is equipped with the lamp 24 to emit the illumination light and a plurality of apertures 6f selectively arranged in an illumination light passage of the lamp 24. One of the apertures 6f is equipped with a rotary plate 6a installed with a reflection filter 51 to reflect the light of the wavelength that is included in the illumination light and becomes the heat source, a heat absorbing part 45 that absorbs the heat included in the reflected light reflected by the reflecting filter 51 installed at the aperture 6f of the rotary plate 6a, and a filter mounting member 50 in which the reflecting filter 51 is arranged at the aperture 6f tilted at a prescribed angle against the light axis of the illumination light in a state that the reflecting filter 51 is arranged in the illumination light passage so that the reflected light reflected by the reflecting filter 51 is reflected toward the heat absorbing part 45. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
