<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal management technology for easily obtaining operating circumstances in a client terminal. <P>SOLUTION: A terminal monitor server 2 for acquiring an operation log and a capture image associated with the operation log from a client terminal 1 is provided with a window image segmentation part 26a for segmenting the display area from the capture image for every window as a window image based on window display information included in the operation log in which the display state of a window in the capture image is described; a window image classification part 26b for classifying window images for every application operating the window by associating the segmented window image with the corresponding client terminal; and a window image display part 28 for displaying the window image associated with the client terminal for every application in a list on a surveillance monitor 52. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
