<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable inductor without causing degradation of a coil characteristic including leakage of magnetic flux and copper loss due to eddy current nor increase of thickness of a ferrite magnetic film. <P>SOLUTION: When it is assumed that higher one and lower one out of two different magnetic permeabilities are first electric permeability and second electric permeability, respectively, this inductor 1 is provided with: a coil formation layer 10 having a magnetic material having the first magnetic permeability embedded between coils 11; two coil adjoining layers 20 arranged adjacently to each other on the upper and lower sides by interposing the coil formation layer 10 therebetween, and each formed of a magnetic material having the second magnetic permeability; and two base materials 30 arranged to sandwich the coil formation layer 10 and the two coil adjoining layers 20 from the upper and lower sides, and each formed of the magnetic material having the first magnetic permeability. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
