PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition having improved weather resistance of a polyurethane emulsion for an aqueous one-pack type coating agent in a block isocyanate-containing aqueous one-pack type polyurethane resin coating agent.

SOLUTION: The aqueous resin composition comprises a main agent and a curing agent. The curing agent is a block isocyanate-containing aqueous emulsion composition is obtained by reacting an organic polyisocyanate with a nonionic polar group-containing high-molecular polyol, blocking the isocyanate group with a blocking agent, forming a block polyisocyanate component, reacting an organic polyisocyanate with a high-molecular polyol and a carboxy group-containing anionic low-molecular glycol in the reaction system to produce a carboxy group-containing isocyanate group terminal urethane prepolymer, neutralizing the carboxy group in the reaction system with a neutralizing agent, then emulsifying the reaction mixture in water and carrying out a chain extension reaction with a chain extender to form a high crosslinking type polyurethane resin.
