<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain improvement in versatility of software for a plurality of communication line controls and easiness in creation and load reduction, and further, to enable improvement in convenience. <P>SOLUTION: A communication line control method includes: performing exclusive control between other communication terminal devices by allocating a control right of each of the other communication terminal devices on the basis of condition data preset in a communication terminal device performing centralized management when a plurality of communication terminal devices controllable for an arbitrary call are present, line control sections 1012, 1022 of any arbitrary one communication terminal device perform centralized management on the other communication terminal devices and a specific call is controlled from each of the other communication terminal devices; monitoring a processing load within the present communication terminal device and a load on a communication line in a line control section of each communication terminal device or in a line control section of the communication terminal device performing the centralized management; and managing a plurality of calls by switching the line control in the line control section of each communication terminal device or in the line control section of the communication terminal device performing the centralized management on the basis of the condition data preset in accordance with a state of the load. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
