PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the nearly simultaneous reception of D-GPS and VICS data with an FM multiplex tuner even when receive frequencies are different. SOLUTION: A CD block 6 equipped with a CD-ROM memorizing map data, a GPS block 2 connecting a GPS antenna 1 and determining the current position, an FM tuner 14 connecting an FM antenna 4 and receiving FM broadcasting waves, an FM multiplex decoder 15 decoding the data multiplexed in the FM broadcasting waves, a CPU 13 making the FM tuner 14 and the FM multiplex decoder 15 receive either traffic information data or error information data on the signals received by two or more satellites, and making them receive unreceived data changing the frequency when either of the data can not be received with the same frequency, a graphic controller 17 processing the map data from the CD block 6 using the obtained traffic and error information data, and displaying them on a monitor block 7, are included.
