PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly advance a game, and to promptly guide a game ball which enters, to a winning area, by preventing ball clogging and the situation that a game ball is clamped between a projecting member and front surface glass. SOLUTION: A regular variable winning ball device 61 constituting a start pocket is provided with a movable part 63 on an approach port 67. A microcomputer 560 for game control makes the movable part 63 advance to the game area side inside the approach port 67 by driving a movable part solenoid 62 and thus executes control to keep in a state where the game ball can enter the start pocket. Also, by making the movable part 63 move back from the game area side, the control is executed to keep in a state where the game ball can not enter the start pocket.
