PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor fixing structure which reduces vibration of a motor and also maintains compact constitution, and to provide a motor assembly. SOLUTION: The motor assembly includes a fixing member which is arranged apart from the motor by a prescribed distance and a vibration isolating member which prevents the vibration of the motor from being transmitted to the fixing member. The vibration isolating member is set longer than the prescribed distance between the motor and the fixing member by a prescribed length and is arranged around the outside of the motor.
