PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DC low voltage output circuit whose power voltage of a micro computer can be made low. SOLUTION: Secondary winding Ns of a pulse transformer PUT is connected to a gain adjusting part G through a diode D of illustrated polarity. A gain adjusting part G gain-adjusts rectification voltage of the diode D and supplies voltage to a voltage control oscillation circuit PLL. Since the voltage control oscillation circuit PLL is constituted of an operand amplifier, rectification voltage is gain-adjusted by the gain adjusting part G so that an input pin of the operand amplifier becomes not more than in-phase input voltage so as to be inputted. When input voltage which is gain-adjusted is supplied to the voltage control oscillation circuit PLL, the voltage control oscillation circuit PLL outputs oscillation voltage whose frequency changes in proportion to input voltage. Outputted oscillation voltage is supplied to a transistor Tr, and oscillation voltage is converted into a micro computer Vcc range and is outputted. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
