PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize high-speed handover by narrowing down target APs even in a situation where a plurality of target APs exist in a place where APs are two-dimensionally or three-dimensionally distributed. SOLUTION: A wireless base station apparatus holds connection information necessary for a wireless terminal apparatus to establish wireless connection with target APs, and informs the wireless terminal apparatus of the connection information. The wireless terminal apparatus receives the connection information for target APs informed from the current AP, holds the connection history information of a wireless base station apparatus wireless-connected before handover to the current AP, sets priority order for the target APs based on the connection history information, sequentially tries to establish the wireless connection in accordance with the priority order using the connection information for the target APs in carrying out the handover, carries out the handover to a target AP to which wireless connection is established first, and adds the information of the current AP to which the handover has been carried out to the connection history information.
