PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the workability in the exchange of a hose by causing no interference of connection parts with each other. SOLUTION: The flow passage connecting joint has a first connection member 310 for connecting two or more first connection parts 314b, 314a in a plurality of connection parts to be connected and a second connection member 320 for connecting second connection parts 324b, 324a except the first connection parts 314b, 314a. The first connection member 310 lies between the first connection parts 314a and 314b to be connected to each other and is provided with a first connection flow passage 312 for connecting the first connection parts 314a, 314b inserted respectively from one side opening part side and another opening part side. The second connection member 320 lies between the second connection parts to be connected to each other and connects the second connection parts 324a, 324b inserted respectively from one opening part side and another opening part side to each other.
