PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a desiccant dehumidifier declining the temperature of ventilation air by installing a bypass line not passing through a desiccant rotor, and improving the quality of indoor air by mixing the indoor air with external air to perform dehumidification. SOLUTION: External air 100 introduced after passing through a cooling coil 210 and an eliminator 220 is bifurcated into the desiccant rotor 230 side and the bypass line 140 side at the front stage. Part of the external air 100 bifurcated to the desiccant rotor 230 side passes through the desiccant rotor 230 positioned at a purge section, and then passes through the desiccant rotor 230 disposed at a regeneration section via a regenerative heater 240 to form exhaust air, and the exhaust air is exhausted through an exhaust fan 310.
