PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten possible waiting time to a cup exchange process, and to avoid unnecessary traveling movement of a transport unit. SOLUTION: The spinning device has at least two ring spinning machines, at least one winder 2 wound around a bobbin in which a cup produced by the ring spinning machines 1 is rewound around a bobbin having a larger size, an automatic cop exchange unit 5 in each ring spinning machine and an automatic transport unit 3 for full bobbin cop guided over all ring spinning machines and winders and the spinning unit has a type in which the cop exchange unit places full bobbin cop on the conveying unit 3. In the spinning unit, operation processes of all ring spinning machines are synchronously controlled by one control unit 6 which is common to them and all ring spinners simultaneously prepare the cops and processes of cop exchange in all ring spinners can simultaneously be carried out and conveyance of cops is carried out after cop exchange which is synchronous in all ring spinners was practiced.
