PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form wire rows by automatically winding a wire around a rod with a simple structure, and uniform a wiring density by completely eliminating a clearance between wires. SOLUTION: An advance angle at which the wire 32 advances from a delivery position to the rod 14 is set to a fixed value within a range exceeding 1 degree and less than 15 degree. A picture for a position adjacent to the winding position of the wire 32 around the rod set at the advance angle is taken with a CCD camera 86, an image pickup reference point P is set so as to become within the wire 32 in the picture, rotation peripheral velocity of the rod 14 is set to speed equal to movement speed of a traveling table 56, and a picture of the wire position is taken with the CCD camera 86 while winding the wire around the rod to judge if the position deviates from the image pickup reference point P by more than a predetermined tolerance. If the position deviates within the predetermined tolerance, it is kept as it is. If it deviates by more than the predetermined tolerance, it is corrected. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
