PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tissue box cover not only covering one tissue box but also covering a plurality of tissue boxes including an spare tissue box in an excellent appearance. SOLUTION: A main body of a tissue box cover comprises: a rectangular upper surface provided with a tissue paper taking-out slit; a pair of first flaps oppositely extending from both long sides of the upper surface to a downward direction so as to release a bottom surface side and a pair of second flaps similarly extending from both short sides. The second flaps extend downward longer than the first flaps and each of the first flaps is set such that the end sections extending downward are connected to each other through an extendable or shrinkable belt member and at the same time when the tissue box is stored in the main body, it is fixed while it is not overlapped on the bottom surface side of the tissue box and each of the other pair of second flaps is fixed while being overlapped in a long side direction on the bottom surface side of the tissue box.
