PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attempt to improve the operability of a hand tool with very little vibration in the back-and-forth and right-and-left directions. SOLUTION: The hand tool 10 has a sleeve member 11 reciprocatably supported in the casings 16a and 16b, a middle rotary shaft 13 supported in the casings 16a and 16b rotatably under a force from a driving source and a weight member 15 reciprocatably supported in the casings 16a and 16b. Eccentric cums 13b and 13c are arranged at two positions in the middle rotary shaft 13, and the centers of the eccentric cums are located at positions mutually symmetric with a 180°separation: one eccentric cum 13b is connected to the sleeve member 11 with a first linking member 12, and the other eccentric cum 13c is connected to the weight member 15 with a second linking member 14. The weight of the spindle member 15 is such that the weight of a member reciprocating in the front of the middle rotary shaft 13 is nearly equal to that of a member reciprocating in the back of the middle rotary shaft 13.
