PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and appropriately deal with the system upgrade of an endoscope inexpensively according to use conditions. SOLUTION: The endoscope auxiliary system is configured of an auxiliary tool 100 for the endoscope, in which a gripper 101 is shared. Then, the gripper 101 is structured such that the insertion part unit 102 of various kinds of the respective auxiliary tools for the endoscope and a proximal end unit 103 for fixing the endoscope can be attached. Also, a fixing plate 104 is fixed to the gripper 101 and is attachable and detachable to/from an electrode part 106, and the fixing plate 104 also has roles of stopping the rotation of the insertion part unit 102 of the respective auxiliary tools for the endoscope and fixing a cover 107.
