<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible in a kitchen ventilator (1) to efficiently remove oil mist (M) from a kitchen exhaust. <P>SOLUTION: An oil mist charging part (30) that charges an oil mist (M) contained in a kitchen exhaust, a water droplet formation part (41) that blows water droplets (W), a water droplet charging part (41) that charges water drops (W), and a water droplet recovery part (60) that recovers water droplets (W) attached with the oil mist (M) are arranged in the given order along the flow of the kitchen exhaust.
