<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a replaceable tool holder with an release sleeve to be surely locked to a tool spindle being driven even under high stroking load. <P>SOLUTION: The replaceable tool holder for a manual tool device 3 comprises at least one release sleeve 4 provided displaceable against spring force in the axial direction, and a locking means 11 provided inside the release sleeve 4, using a locking element 12 for locking the tool holder in shape in the radial direction, the locking element 12 engaging with a recessed portion 14 of the tool spindle 15 through an opening portion 13 of a base 6 of the tool holder. The release sleeve 4 has a displacement guide 5 to be locked to the base 6 in shape. The displacement guide 5 has a rolling portion for rolling in the tangential direction relative to the axial direction. Preferably, the displacement guide 5 is formed as a protrusion-slit guide, and the protrusion protruded in the radial direction is guided along the contour of the slit 17 and locked thereto in shape. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
