PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure characteristic parameters of eyelash such as the length, a curvature, a density and the like of the eyelashes of a person by a simple device or a method. SOLUTION: This eyelash evaluation device 1 includes a support body 2, and at least one of the following three measurement scales, namely, an eyelash length measurement scale 10 including substantially concentric-circular scales 11 and 13, an eyelash density measurement scale 20 including a scale 21 extending substantially radially, and an eyelash curvature measurement scale 30 including an angular scale 31; and is at least transparent in a region where the support or one or the plurality of scales are disposed. This eyelash evaluation method measures at least one of the length, the density and the curvature of the eyelash using the above-stated device.
