PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify an installation operation of a paper delivery tray. SOLUTION: A locking part 22 for locking a locking member 17 downward and a restriction part 23 in which the locking member restricts movement of the locking part 15 to an upstream side in a paper delivery tray pressing direction of the locking part 15 by contacting with the locking part are provided in an upper body A. A guide part 25 for elastically displacing the locking part in a side direction so that the locking part can pass a side part of a restricting part toward a downstream side of the pressing direction as the locking part is provided in a manner elastically displaceable in a side direction for crossing the pressing direction and the locking part is pressed by a pressing operation of the paper delivery tray 7 along a guide for installation toward a paper delivery space S. When the locking part passes through the side part of the restricting part toward the downstream side of the pressing direction, the locking part is displaced and returned and an arm member is inserted between the restricting part and the locked part and the locking part is locked to the locked part downward.
