PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling device for allowing only one person to easily operate for rolling while avoiding the troublesome carriage of rolling operation equipment. SOLUTION: A mounting frame 9 is protruded downward at the gravity center of a truck frame 1. A supporting lever 11 which rises against spring energization is pivotally supported to the mounting frame 9 in a freely rising/falling manner. A towing wire having one end mounted to the intermediate of the supporting lever 11 is supported at the other end delivered to the front or rear side of the truck frame 1. At the upper end of the supporting lever 11, a restricting piece 18 is provided for contacting with and leaving from the mounting frame 9. The restricting piece 18 has a locking hole. To the mounting frame 9, a locking pin 23 is supported which is located concentrically with the locking hole 22 around a pivotal axis 10 and locked at its front end into the locking hole 22 by spring energization. A second towing wire 25 having one end mounted to the rear end of the locking pin 23 is supported to the other end delivered on the front or rear side of the truck frame and lined with the other end of the towing wire 20.
