PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray diagnostic system capable of grasping a general state of a treatment by using information when simulating, suppressing burdens on a patient who is treated, and reducing risks of complication due to a long time of operation. SOLUTION: In the X-ray diagnostic system 20, when an X-ray tube 11 and a detector 12 move to a prescribed position, data of a transparent image at the prescribed position are generated by an image processing unit 21, mask image data created on the basis of a three-dimensional image are read from a recording device 23, data of the mask image and data of the transparent image are synthesized by prescribed overlap ratio to generate data of a transparent road map.
