Provided is a pneumatic type pressurizing muscle-training belt, in which the expansion of a gas bag is directed only inward when it is used. The belt (100B) includes a first band-shaped member (110) made partially hollow. The first band-shaped member (110) is equipped with a thick cloth (111) and a thin cloth (112), both of which are made extensible and band-shaped and have a hollow portion housing a gas bag (114). On the outer side of the gas bag (114), there are arrayed small members (115), which are fixed on tapes (116) made of an inextensible material to have a predetermined width. The tapes (116) are so sewn at their two ends to the thick cloth (111) and the thin cloth (112) that their two ends are clamped by the two edge portions of the thick cloth (111) and the thin cloth (112). |
